Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 tall can light evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 pt. light whipping cream
- Lowfat milk
Directions
- Beat Large eggs and sugar together. Add in the evaporated lowfat milk, whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make a gallon. Beat well.
- NOTE: If desired, add in 2 c. minced strawberries, peaches, or possibly bananas. Add in fruit and then mix well. Freeze in turn freezer.
