    Hi,

Could you clarify what garlic breading is, please? Would like to try this recipe.

    Thanks,

      Hi Myra,
Garlic breading can be bought at the grocery in small packs. They are garlic flavored flour breading. However, when I do not have it, I make my own out of all purpose flour, minced garlic (very very fine), salt+pepper. Mix them together.

      Hope you enjoy it :)

I love fried chicken but it can get boring. This sounds great with the garlic breading. I'll have to try it. Also, anything with catsup or gravy is going to be delicious! :)
