Ingredients: 1 c. sugar; 6 T Crisco; 1 egg; 1 c. lowfat milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 2 c. flour; 5 T cocoa; 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 c. butter; 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar; 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; 6 T or possibly more fluff

2 c. flour
5 T cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar

6 T or possibly more fluff

Directions

Beat all cookie ingredients (above) together. Drop by tsp onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-8 min or possibly till spongy at 350 degrees. Cool cookies COMPLETELY before filling.
Beat and chill before filling cookies.
