  • Active Dry Yeast – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp

  • Water – 11/4 cups
  • Milk – to brush
  • Oil – 1/2 tsp (for greasing)
  • Whole wheat flour – 4 tbsp (for dusting)
  • For the Onion Filling:
  • Onions, medium – 3
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
