Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. powdered lowfat milk
  • 2 c. granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Pour 1 c. boiling water into blender. Add in butter, powdered lowfat milk and sugar and blend for 30 seconds. Stir dry ingredients down onto the wet mix. Repeat process till well blended. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. 1 c. = 1 c. commercial canned sweetened condensed lowfat milk.
