  1. Mix oil and sugar. Mix flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt, all-spice and cinnamon. Add in dry ingredients with 2 c. pumpkin. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well.
  2. Add in vanilla, pecans, raisins and pineapple. Mix all ingredients, pour into a large tube cake pan or possibly 13 x 10 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325 about one hour.
  3. Icing:Mix one stick margarine and one (8-oz) cream cheese. Add in one box powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, mix till well blended. Add in 1/2 c. minced pecans and one tsp. vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
