Ingredients

  • 2 x Loaves French bread, (18 ounce)
  • 1 x 8 ounces pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. Minced cooked ham
  • 1/3 c. Minced green onions
  • 1/3 c. Minced green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce Paprika

Directions

  1. Slice off top fourth of one of the bread loaves. Hollow out the bottom 3/4 of the loaf leaving a 1" shell. Cut top and remaining loaf of bread into slices Bake break slices and shell at 350 degrees for 12 min or possibly till light brown. Beat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream till smooth. Stir in cheddar, ham, onions, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into toasted bread shell. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  2. Unwrap, sprinkle with paprika and serve with toasted bread slices.
