Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury Quick bread mix, nut & date
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. oil
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 2 c. pecans (halves or possibly minced)
  • 3 c. candied fruit
  • 2 tbsp. allspice (if you like)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make 10 inch baby loaf pans or possibly 5 big pans. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and oil in large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients; stir by hand till combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 75-85 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. For top: Cut up candied pineapple cherry corn syrup.
