Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger or possibly other sliced meat
  • 1 sm Onion, sliced
  • 1 x bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 x carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 2 x pats of butter
  • 1 lrg potato, sliced, optional Salt and pepper to taste Worcestershire sauce or possibly barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Make four large patties. Place onions, carrots, bell pepper, potato and butter on two patties. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in sauce. Place other two patties on top. Seal top patty over vegetables. Wrap in double layer of aluminum foil with shiny side in and cook till done.
