Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar (1/2 to 3/4)
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 c. blackberries or possibly other fresh canned frzn
Directions
- 1. Heat margarine in 9x13 baking dish.
- 2. Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt.
- 3. Add in lowfat milk and stir till moistened.
- 4. Spoon fruit over batter. Don't stir.
- 5. Bake at 325 degrees (glass) for 45 min. Serve warm or possibly cool with ice cream or possibly Cold Whip.
