Hidden Valley Crunchy Green Pea Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 20 ounce peas fresh or possibly frzn
  • 2 c. Celery sliced
  • 2 c. cauliflower minced
  • 4 Tbsp. pimento sliced
  • 1/2 c. green onion diced
  • 2 c. cashews, macadamia, or possibly pecans roasted
  • 1/2 c. cooked bacon crisp, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

Directions

  1. Rinse peas in warm water. Drain.
  2. Combine remaining solid ingredients.
  3. Mix together lowfat sour cream and dressing.
  4. Pour over salad. (I've found which this may be too much for the recipe - use your own judgment & likes)
  5. Toss gently.
