Ingredients
- 20 ounce peas fresh or possibly frzn
- 2 c. Celery sliced
- 2 c. cauliflower minced
- 4 Tbsp. pimento sliced
- 1/2 c. green onion diced
- 2 c. cashews, macadamia, or possibly pecans roasted
- 1/2 c. cooked bacon crisp, crumbled
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Directions
- Rinse peas in warm water. Drain.
- Combine remaining solid ingredients.
- Mix together lowfat sour cream and dressing.
- Pour over salad. (I've found which this may be too much for the recipe - use your own judgment & likes)
- Toss gently.
