Hershey Syrup Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking power
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 x 16 ounce. can Hershey Syrup

Directions

  1. Cream margarine and sugar; then add in Large eggs one at a time and beat well, after each. Sift dry ingredients and add in to above mix. Add in syrup and bake at 350 degrees for 50 min in 13x9 inch pan. Don't over bake.
  2. Ice while warm.
  3. Icing
  4. 1/2 c. margarine1 c. sugar1/3 c. milk1/2 c. chocolate chips
  5. Boil margarine, lowfat milk and sugar together for two to three min. Add in chocolate chips, beat till smooth. Pour on cake.
