Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) chicken">fryer (cooked till tender) or possibly chicken parts
  • 2 c. broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 boiled Large eggs

Directions

  1. Debone chicken and place in baking dish. Slice boiled Large eggs over chicken. Mix chicken broth and chicken soup. Pour over chicken and Large eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Crust: Combine melted butter, flour and lowfat milk. Pour over pie. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till brown.
