Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. minced dill
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. minced chives
  • 1 tbsp. minced tarragon

Directions

  1. Hard boil Large eggs. Cold Large eggs quickly in cool water. Cut in half. Scoop out yolk and mash. Add in herbs and lowfat sour cream, mix well. Fill egg halves. Garnish with tiny sprigs of chives, parsley or possibly dill.
