Ingredients

  • 1 lg. fish (trout, bass, or possibly other)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp. chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Use fresh parsley, thyme, chives, and sage, if possible.
  2. Start charcoal fire in the grill. Spray a grill rack or possibly fish holder which has a long handle with cooking spray. Place fish on rack. Add in herbs to melted butter. Brush herb mix onto and in fish with a pastry brush. Close rack securely. Grill for 5-8 min a side depending on size of fish.
