Ingredients

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 c. herb seasoned bread stuffing mix
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Combine lowfat milk and mayonnaise, mix well. Add in egg, corn, stuffing, onion and parsley. Pour into greased and floured 8 inch round baking pan. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over corn mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
