Ingredients
- 1 gallon white wine
- 1/2 c. each of lemon balm and sage
- 1 c. mint
- 1/4 c. rosemary
- 1/2 c. rose geranium leaves
- 2 quarts. strawberries
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 bottle champagne
Directions
- Place wine and herbs in a crock. Allow to set at room temperature overnight. Refrigerateberries. Add in berries and honey and bottle of champagne. Refrigeratetill very cool. Serve in small punch c. with flowers of the season floating on top.
