Ingredients

  • 2 cups of assorted fresh herbs such as basil, oregano, parsley, tarragon, mint
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil - to sauté zucchini
  • 1/8 to ¼ cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium to large zucchini
