Ingredients
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 c. wine vinegar
- 1/8 c. Balsamic vinegar (or possibly 1/4 c. wine vinegar total)
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- Assorted fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, sage, thyme)
- Salt and fresh grnd pepper
Directions
- This is the best combination but you can make up your own or possibly just use one (especially cilantro).
- Peel and press garlic. Put all ingredients in blender and blend till creamy. Easy and delicious!
