  1. Combine 1/4 c. butter, lowfat milk and flour in saucepan. Add in spinach and cook till heated. Put spinach mix in baking dish.
  2. Mix 1/2 c. butter, soup mix and paprika. Roll chicken pcs in mix till thoroughly coated. Layer coated chicken on top of spinach mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
