Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 stk soft butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/3 c. Self-rising flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1 c. Minced nuts, (up to 2)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pkt (small) large marshmellows
  • 1 box confectioner's sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1/2 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Melted butter

Directions

  2. Cake: Preheat oven to 350. Mix by hand the Large eggs , sugar, and butter. In separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, nuts, and vanilla. Add in this to egg mix. Make in well-greased and floured 9x13 pan for 20-25 min. When done, cut large marshmellows in half and place on cake while warm. Return to oven for a few min more.
  3. Icing: Combine all and stir till smooth. Pour over warm cake and marshmellows.
