  • 1/2 pound grnd turkey
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1 (9 ounce.) can hearty grains refrigerated multi-grain biscuits
  • 1 c. grated pizza sauce
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 4 ounce. (1 c.) shredded low-fat part-skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley or possibly 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In nonstick skillet, cook turkey and onion till turkey is no longer pink. Separate dough into 8 biscuits - arrange biscuits, grain side up, in spray coated 12-inch pizza pan; press biscuits to create crust.
  2. Bake crust at 375 degrees for 5 min. Spoon pizza sauce over crust; spread Mozzarella, Parmesan and parsley. Bake at 375 degrees for an additional 15 to 18 min or possibly till crust is golden. Makes 8 servings. 180 calories each serving.
