1 pound can tomatoes

2 med. onions, minced
2 med. potatoes, diced
3 c. water
1 teaspoon salt
4 peppercorns
3 beef bouillon cubes or possibly 1 can beef broth
1 pkg. frzn mixed vegetables

Directions

Put all but frzn vegetables in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 24 hrs, on high 7 to 10 hrs. Frzn vegetables may be added during the last 2 hrs.
