Ingredients
- 1 can crabmeat or possibly 1/4 pound fresh
- Mayonnaise, dab
- English muffins, 6 halves
- 1 tomato
- 1 green pepper
- 6 slices baby Swiss cheese
Directions
- Mix crab with just sufficient mayonnaise to keep crabmeat together (tiny amount). Spread crab mix on English muffin. On top of the crab mix place 1 very thin slice of tomato, green pepper - paper thin slice, and slice of cheese. Broil till cheese is bubbly, not brown, and serve with cole slaw, or possibly tossed green salad. Very tasty.
