Ingredients

  • 1 x (8-ounce.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 8 c. torn salad greens
  • 4 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple; reserving 1 Tbsp. juice. In a large bowl, combine greens, pineapple and cheese. In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing, sugar and reserved pineapple juice; mix well. Pour over salad. Serve right away.
  2. Makes 6 servings.
