Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown the pork chops on both sides. Remove from the pan and keep hot. Heat the butter in the same skillet. Add in the green onion and the garlic. Saute/fry till soft. Stir in the flour, curry pwdr, chicken broth, salt, pepper, crushed pineapple and the pineapple juice. Bring the mix to a boil. Return the pork chops to the pan.
  2. Cover. Simmer for 15 min. Add in the snow peas. Cook for only a few min. Serve.
