  • 2 lbs. thawed hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 10 ounce. sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and spread in a baking dish 9x13x3.
  2. Mix together 2 c. of corn flakes and 1/4 c. melted butter. Spread over the potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
