Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frzn hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions
- Defrost potatoes. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Place in a 9"x13" dish. Top with bread crumbs and butter combined. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 min.
