  • 32 ounce. pkg. Ore Ida frzn hash browns
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced fine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

  1. Break up potatoes. Blend remaining ingredients (except Corn Flakes and 1/2 c. butter) and mix with potatoes. Pour mix into 13 x 8 1/2 inch casserole. Mix 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes and 1/2 c. melted butter. Spread over potatoes and bake. Makes 10 servings.
