1/2 c. butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. lowfat sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions

Combine all but last two ingredients in 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix cornflakes and butter and top the potato mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
