  • 2 lbs. frzn hash brown potatoes or potatoes O'Brien, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pound grated cheese (reserve some for top)
  • Crushed Corn Flakes
  • Melted butter


  1. Mix hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and cheese. together and place in casserole dish.
  2. Cover with corn flakes which have been coated with melted butter and reserved cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly; about 45 minutes.
