Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash browns
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- Salt & pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions
- Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together, except butter and corn flakes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min in 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Mix melted butter and crushed corn flakes. Spread on top of baked mix and bake 15 min longer.
