Hash Brown Crusted Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (24 ounce) Shredded Hashbrown Potatoes, thawed
  • 8 x Egg
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 c. Onioin, Minced
  • 3/4 c. Green pepper, diced
  • 1 can Mushroms, sliced, liquid removed, opt
  • 1 1/2 c. Any breakfast meat, cooked

Directions

  1. In bowl whisk 1 egg, add in hashbrowns, toss to coat. Spread hashbrowns in a greased pizza pan or possibly 9X13 pan. Bake at 400 for 20 min. In large bowl, whisk remaining Large eggs and lowfat milk, stir in 1 c. of shredded cheese, salt and pepper, onions, green pepper, mushrooms, and meat. Microwave on high for 5 min, stirring half way through. Spread proportionately on crust, sprinkle with remaining cheese, return to oven and bake an additional 10-15 min or possibly till done.
