Ingredients

1/2 pkg. frzn hash browns
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. lowfat milk
12 strips bacon, cooked crisp
1 can cream of potato soup
Salt & pepper & onion flakes or possibly pwdr

Directions

Crumble crisp bacon. Butter 8"x8" or possibly so dish. Mix all ingredients in pan. Cover with Saran Wrap. Microwave 20 min on roast (I use High).
