Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 6 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk (to 1 3/4 c.) to make a rather thin batter
Directions
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt and sugar together. Add in Large eggs, butter and lowfat milk to flour mix. Beat well. Spoon onto warm griddle.
