Ingredients
- 2 med Granny Smith apples, minced
- 1 med pear, minced
- 1/2 c. minced seedless red grapes
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tsp grated orange peel
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add in walnuts just before serving as it will turn the mix brown. Refrigerateovernight to create more juice.
