Harissa Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole red chilli cut with the seed 500g
  • 2 Garlic peeled and smashed 50g
  • 3 Dry red chilli cut 300g
  • 4 Olive oil 50ml
  • 5 Tomato paste 40g
  • 6 Fresh tomato dice 200g
  • 7 sugar 20g
  • 8 Lime juice 80ml

Directions

  1. METHOD:
  2. 1 saute no 1,2 and 3 wiyh no 4
  3. 2 Add no5 and sauté further then add no 6,7 and 8
  4. 3 remove from the stove and blend
  5. 4 then return the blended mixture back to the stove for a boil and then cool down
