  • 4 T organic water keifr grains (raised with LOVE)
  • 4T organic sugar blend
  • 1 - nylong mesh strainer (they don't like metal)
  • 1 high quality glass swing top bottle (made in Italy) for 2nd ferments
  • 1 liter Fido jar used for 1st ferments
  • 1 sample Medicine Flower extract
  • 2.5 hour hands-on workshop
