- 1 lg. minced onion
- 1 med. minced bell pepper
- 1 lg. or possibly 2 sm. cans tomato sauce
- Fresh mushrooms or possibly canned mushrooms (any amount desired)
- 1/3 c. or possibly more brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Directions
- Make large patties with grnd beef and grill to personal doneness. Combine remaining ingredients and serve heaping amount on grilled hamburger steaks.
