Directions

  1. Mix grnd beef with crumbs, lowfat milk, pepper, salt and onions. Form into patties. Brown slightly in small amount of fat. Pour the mushroom sauce over this. Sprinkle green pepper over top. Cover and cook on top of stove, slow heat, for 1 hour. If gravy is thin, remove lid and cook down.
