Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 3/4 minced onion
  • 1 sm. green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper

Directions

  1. Shape hamburger in "large" thick patties. Place in electric skillet on 250 degrees. Sprinkle onions and green peppers on top, pour ketchup on top of which. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat slowly, turning once. After you turn, spoon surrounding sauce over patties. Cook till sauce thickens, about 30 to 45 min.
