Ingredients

  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. warm fat
  • 1 pound grnd round steak
  • 3 tbsp. Bisquick Or possibly 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees (moderate warm). Make Biscuit dough (see Bisquick package). Roll out 1/4 inch thick into a rectangle, 18 x 8 inches. Spread with COOLED Hamburger Filling. Roll up like jelly roll, beginning at wide side. Seal ends. Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. Place cut-side down on greased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 min. Serve warm with Quick Mushroom Sauce. 6 servings.
