Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced onions
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. frzn french fries
Directions
- Cook celery and onion in butter till tender. Add in meat, brown lightly. Add in soup catsup and seasoning. Pour into square baking dish. Arrange frzn potatoes over top. Bake at 425 degrees 20 to 25 min.
