Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can diced potatoes or possibly 2 c. cooked & cubed
- 1 sm. can sliced carrots or possibly 1 c. cooked carrots
- Pepper to taste
- No salt needed
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 can 10 count flaky biscuits
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown hamburger and soup, potatoes and carrots, liquid in can and all.
- Simmer together 15 min. Thicken mix with cornstarch and water. Turn mix into a 9"x13" cake pan and cover top with biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min or possibly till biscuits are well browned. Serves 4.
