  • 32 ounce. box frzn hash brown patties
  • 1 lg. can liquid removed peas
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 med. diced onion
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 1 pound browned hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Butter 9x13 pan. Cover bottom with hash browns. Add in browned hamburger, salt, pepper and onions. Sprinkle peas over mix.
  2. Mix soup and lowfat milk together and pour over peas. Put cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take out of oven, remove foil, sprinkle French fried onions on top and bake in oven for 5 or possibly 10 min.
