Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 x 6-oz country ham steaks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine all ingredients, except ham, in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously. Pour mix into the bottom of a glass baking dish. Arrange ham steaks in dish, turning to coat. Bake 15-20 min or possibly till ham is heated throughout and mix has reduced to a glaze.
