Ingredients

  • 1 can (21-ounce) apple pie filling
  • 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Diced fully cooked smoked ham (about 4 ounces)
  • 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced green onions, if you like

Directions

  1. HEAT griddle or possibly skillet; grease if neces- sary. Heat pie filling till warm; keep hot. Beat baking mix, lowfat milk and Large eggs with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till smooth. Mix in ham, cheese and onions.
  2. POUR batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto warm griddle.
  3. COOK till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. Serve with hot pie filling. About 15 pancakes.
