  • 2 - teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 - cup frozen peas or edamame, shelled
  • 1 - cup broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 - cup white onion, chopped
  • 1 - clove garlic, minced
  • 1 - teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 - tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 - tablespoon teriyaki sauce
