Directions

  1. Blend Large eggs, cream, spinach and salt in blender. Thaw pie crusts, hot in oven for 5 min. In crust put 1/2 cheese (1/4 in each crust), ham and broccoli. Cover with egg mix. Top with more cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 400 degrees till lightly browned. Serve immediately.
