Ingredients
- 70 lbs. thinly sliced boneless ham
- 4 lbs. brown sugar
- 3 to 4 gallons tomato sauce
- 1 gallon pickle relish
- 1 to 2 c. lemon juice
- 1 to 2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Combine: brown sugar, tomato sauce, relish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce in large kettle. Heat thoroughly. Add in ham. Cook till heated. Serve on hamburger buns.
